Joe Kennedy pitched 7 strong innings at the ballpark as the SSB SSB Tar Heels
beat the Columbus Crowd by the count of 8 to 4.
SSB took the lead for keeps in the bottom of the 3rd inning when they tallied

came through for the home fans when he lifted one out of the park for a two
run home run (his 3rd of the season). Overall SSB out-hit Columbus 10 to 6.
The win was credited to Kennedy(5-2) who went 7 innings allowing 1 run. Tom
